Not being able to breathe easily for close to a week now due to wildfire smoke coming into the region, I discovered I had better air to breathe this morning and finally took a closer look at the EPA Air Quality Index website where I learned that the Eagle Crest area is PA_82263 and the primary one for Redmond is PA_97099. I think it would be worth finding out if any outdoor air sensors have been set up within the CDP and whether it would be possible to set one up on one of the trees in front of my place.
