#OTD, May 28, 2022, I searched Google for answers to the question “How many homeowner associations are in the Eagle Crest CDP?”, and the first result to come up was “Associations managed by ECM”. Before clicking on that link containing information I was already familiar with, I saw the Google alert to see its results about “Eagle Crest Homesite Owners Association” which resolved to the third amendment to the CCRs (Document No. 166-2678) for the association in filed with Deschutes County. Coming up first in Google search results was “Associations Managed by ECM” at http://eaglecrestowners.com/hoas/. That landing page lists the following associations and sub-associations that fall under Eagle Crest Management (ECM):
ECMA – Eagle Crest Master Association
ECMA is the master association for properties at Eagle Crest that are on the east side of Cline Falls Highway. Sub-associations of ECMA include VROA, RVVE, EHOA, FVE, and Eagle Crest Hotel Condominiums.
- FVE – Fairway Vista Estates
Fairway Vista Estates is a neighborhood of 32 townhome units featuring duplexes with garages. Four of the units are fractionalized and managed by Eagle Crest Management.
